COVID-19 and how we can help you find a new home

To help stop the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19), the New Zealand Government has issued a number of important changes that impact the way we can help you during the foreseeable future.

With new social distancing measures in place, it's important to understand what these changes mean if you are thinking of buying or renting property. For Century 21 it is business as usual and we are still operating with the same level of care, expertise and professionalism that you have come to know and expect from the world's largest real estate organisation.

So, what do these changes entail and how can we help you during this time?

You can still search for and find a new home
Are you in self-isolation and dreaming of a more spacious home? Perhaps, like many of us, you are realising how much upkeep is required with your current property and seek more simplified living. We are still open for business and have a wide variety of properties to choose from.

Properties can be inspected online virtually
In today's age of technology, we are often able to provide you with a virtual video tour of your chosen property. Check out the listing online for photos and 3D tours.

Private inspections cannot take place at Alert Level 4
We cannot have physical inspections under Alert Level 4. Other Alert levels will have different regulations and these will be advised as the government make their announcements.

Documents can be signed online
Once you are ready to secure your chosen property, we will provide the appropriate forms and documents that can be signed digitally and returned instantly.

Century 21 are ahead of the curve and are well equipped to help you with all of your property needs during this time. Whether you are a first-time home hunter or a seasoned investor, we'll be delighted to help you secure your next home.
