GLOBAL REAL ESTATE BRAND CENTURY 21 CONTINUES TO EXPAND IN NEW ZEALAND

Globally recognised leader in real estate, Century 21 is thrilled to announce its newest office, Century 21 Select. Located in New Zealand's North Island, the Tauranga office is spearheaded by Principal Neil de Beer.

Neil's career is deeply rooted in business with a strong emphasis on training and development. Starting his journey as an international trainer, Neil went on to lead a company specialising in sales and leadership training for corporate and publicly traded firms. He then applied his extensive experience to the real estate industry, recognising that successful real estate sales are not merely about transactions but also about building strong relationships.

Within a few years of acquiring a real estate franchise, Neil transformed it into a national leader. He attributes this achievement to his understanding of sales principles, his commitment to developing people, and his belief that the real estate business is fundamentally about people.

When asked why he joined the Century 21 brand, Neil says, "Century 21's global reach and local reputation in the real estate industry made it the perfect fit for me. The brand is committed to providing exceptional support in terms of technology and resources to its agents and this is invaluable."

Tim Kearins, Partner and Director of Century 21 New Zealand is thrilled to be opening another new office in New Zealand. He shares, "Century 21 is deeply committed to delivering exceptional real estate services across Australasia. The opening of Century 21 Select in Tauranga allows our brand to assist more Kiwi's with their property goals."

Neil recently relocated to Tauranga with his wife and two children, drawn to the city's idyllic climate, friendly community and stunning natural surroundings. Having found his own piece of paradise, he is passionate about helping others discover theirs.

With a commitment to exceeding expectations, Neil and the team at Century 21 Select aim to guide clients on their real estate journey, ensuring a smooth and rewarding experience.
